Hye Ri of Girl’s Day debuts as an actress

Hye Ri of Girl’s Day recently attracted attention by debuting as an actress on a drama series. Hye Ri successfully debuted as an actress on SBS TV’s drama series Tasty Life, which started airing on April 28. In the series, she plays the role of Mi Hyun, a cute, lively high school girl and the youngest daughter of Seung Jo (played by Im Chae Moo).

Tasty Life is a family drama about father and Korean restaurant chef Seung Jo, first daughter and doctor Seung Joo (played by Yoon Jung Hee), second daughter and college graduate Jung Hyun (played by Ryu Hyun Kyung), adopted third daughter Joo Hyun (played by Yoo Da In), and the youngest daughter and high school student Mi Hyun (played by Hye Ri), and their career and love. Hye Ri says, “I felt really embarrassed when I saw the first episode, but at the same time, I thought I should try harder. I want many people to know me and love me as an actress.” Girl’s Day have recently come back to the music scene in eight months, releasing Oh! My God.
