In the first photo he attached along with the post, Niel’s face can’t be seen well with the veil over his face. However, one can tell that it is him because of his trademark thick lips, which has pink lipstick on it. In the second picture, he is smiling while shyly covering his mouth. Recently, Teen Top has revealed a self-portrait full of rock spirit.

On March 22, the group wrote on a Twitter, “A new band formed by Teen Top and Crying Nut!!! The main vocalist of this band is Ricky lol Rock Spirit~ Yeah!!!” An attached picture shows Teen Top posing playfully with Crying Nut.

Ricky and Niel make fun faces and gestures next to Crying Nut. The lively and friendly atmosphere overall makes viewers smile.

The picture was taken during the 2012 Canadian Music Festival where both groups participated. The festival was quite successful with enthusiastic cheers of many fans in North America.

Countless fans gathered at the airport in Canada, to welcome Teen Top who had visited the country for the first time. The scene obviously approved group’s popularity in North America.

On February 21st, L.Joe wrote, “Look at little L.Joe showing off his muscles!! It’s a little awkward seeing myself as a child again. But you’re going to show some love for little rascal L.Joe too, right?”

Chunji mused, “You’re not disappointed seeing this photo, are you? I don’t know if I was about to cry or whine. This is me Chunji, practicing my facial expressions since childhood.”

Boy group TEEN TOP seems to be the favorite idol group amongst today’s hottest female Hallyu stars.

It all started last year when singer Lee Hyori completed a photo shoot with TEEN TOP last year, and selected the boys as the idol group she would like as a younger partner.

Wonder Girls member Sohee sang praises for the boys saying, “I am most interested in seeing the stage performances of TEEN TOP,” while the members of miss A admitted that they were also fans, even suggesting a possible joint performance.

T-ara‘s Hyomin went as far as to admit that she thought member Niel was cute, stirring interest from fans and netizens everywhere.

The boys of TEEN TOP caused Shinhwa's Andy to shed some emotional tears.

Andy who produced TEEN TOP apparently showed some tears after the boys won their first #1 K-Chart win on SBS 'Inkigayo' back on February 5th. This was shortly after their previous #1 on KBS 'Music Bank' on the 3rd.

With a recent interview with OSEN, TEEN TOP remarked, "It was our first #1 win since we debuted a year and a half ago. At our company dinner, Andy hyung told us that "this is just the beginning." We didn't hear this until later, but he apparently shed tears while watching the broadcast."

Neil added, "We were really excited as well, as we worked hard to achieve this win. It didn't really sink in when we actually won, but to be honest, we knew that we may win a K-Chart win because 'Going Crazy' was such a good song."

'Going Crazy' is an energetic club song with an addictive melody written by hitmaker Brave Brothers, and has stirred interest from the public as TEEN TOP made a fierce transformation for the track.

The boys recently guest featured on SBS Power FM ‘Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time‘. On the radio program, instead of individual answers, the boys were asked to answer questions they were given as a team.

When they were asked who they would prefer between Girls’ Generation member Yoona and Wonder Girls member Sohee, all six members responded “Sohee” without any hesitation.

They explained, “Wonder Girls picked us as a good idol group these days, and we wanted to return the favor.”

TEEN TOP also chose hamburgers over kimbap for food, and cooking over cleaning in chores.

Going away from the theme of team, member Niel chose actress Nam Sangmi as his ideal woman, which broke some of the hearts of his many fans.

A comical photo of Song producer and Shinhwa member, Andy Lee disciplining Teen Top member, Niel was recently uploaded on Twitter.

This amusing photo was uploaded onto Teen Top’s official Twitter page on January 9th along with the caption, “Niel! Do it better!” and drew much laughter from netizens.

In the photo, it Andy is apparently punishing Niel as he sternly points a finger at the idol’s face. On the other hand, Niel has both arms raised high in the air with two purple balloons in each hand. This uncomfortable pose is common in Korea as students often pose in this manner as punishment by school teachers or parents.

Other than the fact that they are only rookies, Teen Top has been impressing the audience with their amazing vocal abilities.

On the 27th, Teen Top were the recent guests on Park Kyung Lim’s Starry Night.

Due to their flawless live performances, Teen Top’s vocals have been labeled ‘CD Live’. In other words, if you were to listen to Teen Top’s live performance and compare it with the CD version, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

This new group consisted of six younger members chosen through various open auditions. According to reports, the group has already been approved of their talent through an upcoming program at MTV, titled Vice Guide to Everything. This show has served as a judge to decide on the group’s capabilities in music, and their possibilities of success once they officially enter the field. Vice Guide to Everything also put a spotlight on Korea’s training system on idol groups by actually visiting the country.

T.O.P. Media revealed, “This program, which introduces Teen Top for the first time, will include in-depth evaluation on the training process the boys have gone through, including dancing lessons, vocal lessons, foreign language lessons, mime lessons, and etiquette lessons. Interviews with people in charge of casting, training, producing, and marketing will also be shown in the program.”

According to T.O.P. Media, MTV’s producer Jessie Juke had much interest in Teen Top, that he has decided to visit Korea once again to film the group’s activities once they debut. His initial intentions were to only capture the group’s systematic preparation process in prior to debut.

Vice Guide to Everything will begin its promotions U.S.wide starting this summer, and will be broadcast starting from August at MTV.
