Girls’ Generation members Sunny & Hyoyeon have been rumored to be leaving KBS 2TV‘s variety show, ‘Invincible Youth 2‘.

However on March 27th, a Girls’ Generation representative informed MyDaily, “Girls’ Generation members Sunny and Hyoyeon will not be leaving ‘Invincible Youth 2′.”

“These rumors came not only as a surprise to the staff members, but to us as well,” the rep continued.

‘Invincible Youth 2′ is expected to undergo some restructuring, switching out a few of the G8 members among other changes.

Of the 3 MCs, Boom will be staying on the program while Lee Soo Geun and Ji Hyun Woo have decided to leave after some discussion with the staff members.

Lee Soo Geun is leaving the show to spend some more time with his wife who is ill, and Ji Hyun Woo wants to focus on his new tvN drama in which he has been recently cast as a male lead.

But the G8 members including f(x)‘s Amber, Jewelry‘s Yewon, Rainbow‘s Woori, Girls’ Generation members Sunny & Hyoyeon, KARA‘s Kang Jiyoung, SISTAR‘s Bora, and miss A’s Suzy have not yet made official decisions as whether to stay or leave the show.

Until now, ‘Invincible Youth 2′ aired every Saturday at 11PM KST, but starting on April 7th, the show will begin airing every Saturday at 5:15PM KST, competing with MBC‘s ‘We Got Married‘.

As we have reported earlier, the girls of ‘Invincible Youth 2‘ enjoyed a trip to the hot springs with some of the village grandmothers. In addition to the fresh faces of the members as well as their curvy bodies, another point of interest has captured netizens’ interest.

On the March 10th broadcast of KBS‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2′, Girl’s Generation‘s Hyoyeon and miss A‘s Suzy were walking together after some fun in the hot springs. Sharp-eyed viewers noticed a considerable difference in the sizes of the two ladies’ legs and as a result, there have been much discussion in the online world regarding it.

Netizens made varying comments such as, “I don’t think it is because Suzy is fat, but Hyoyeon is really skinny” , “Their legs are twice the difference in size” , “Suzy said she is the type of person who gains weight from just water… but she is pretty anyways” and, “Guys don’t like chopstick legs, but prefer legs like Suzy’s or Hyosung‘s“.

miss A‘s Suzy recently responded to netizens after being criticized for always mentioning actor Kim Soo Hyun on television.

On March 2nd, Suzy simply wrote “Script” on her Twitter. The meaning behind this short tweet was a response to what happened on the March 2nd live broadcast of SBS‘s ‘100 Million Quiz Show‘.

During the live broadcast, one of the quiz questions on the show was related to cell phones. MC Kim Yong Man then asked Suzy, who appeared as a guest, “Is there a celebrity whom you want to have a couple cell phone with?” to which Suzy replied, “Before, I was happy just knowing that I had the same cell phone as Kim Dong Won. Now, I’d like to have a couple cell phone with the popular King.”

The “King” Suzy was referring to was none other than Kim Soo Hyun from MBC‘s drama ‘The Moon that Embraces the Sun‘.

Although it was only a brief conversation, netizens criticized Suzy for continuously mentioning the handsome actor. “Suzy sure mentions him a lot these days“, and “Are they really not in some sort of relationship?” netizens commented

Once netizens began flooding online community boards with comments regarding her and Kim Soo Hyun, Suzy ended up making the one-word post “Script“, meaning that it was all scripted, onto her Twitter.

After seeing her tweet, Netizens replied, “Because the two are very popular lately, it seems like broadcast stations also wanted to mention the two“, “Suzy must be tired of all these criticisms“, and “Then is Suzy blaming the PD of the program?”

The picture compared two pictures of Suzy with her bangs and two pictures of her with her bangs up.

People are marveling over how different Suzy looks by just changing her bangs. With her bangs, she shows a more fresh and cute side of her whereas when her bangs are up, she seems more mature.

Following the popular rankings of girl groups by popularity and talent, the ‘Average Height of Girl Groups’ ranking was released in an online community and has been garnering attention amongst netizens.

The girl groups were ranked in five different categories: Giant group, Tall group, Average Height group, Short group, and Shortest group.
A total of 24 groups were listed in the ranking. As expected, having composed of former models, Nine Muses took #1 spot with an average height of 171.9 cm. After School, well-known as 'tall' girl group in the K-Pop industry, came in a surprising fourth with an average height of 168.5 cm.

Girls’ Generation and the Wonder Girls, who are always on top of popularity rankings, were listed down under the short category with 163.5cm and 163.6 respectively. Kara, 2NE1, SECRET and Brown Eyed Girls were all ranked at the bottom of the list.

miss A's Suzy recently showed off her stunning beauty. On February 23rd, the singer uploaded a selca onto her Twitter and said, "Today's comeback stage is done. I felt the energy from all of miss A's fans who came to watch us."

The photo shows Suzy holding a purple pen and pouting cutely. Her stage outfit in conjunction with her hair and colored contact leness, which had been changed up to suit miss A's new image, gave her a mysterious vibe.

miss A have just released their latest EP, ‘Touch‘, and it’s already burning up the charts!

‘Touch’ is comprised of six tracks, which work together to showcase a more mature and feminine side to miss A. Their title track “Touch” has skyrocketed to the top of real-time charts such as Olleh, Mel0n, Mnet, and Bugs to reach #1.

“Touch” was written and composed by JYP Entertainment‘s J.Y. Park, who was inspired by the theme, “A love that blossoms from pain“. The song lyrics express the feelings of a person who once possessed a withered heart, but is now able to feel again thanks to this person who has touched their heart.


AQ Entertainment (a sub-label of JYP Entertainment) stated, “miss A will promote a new image and charm with this album. Please look forward to the drama-like performances of ‘Touch’.”

The girls will make their official music program comeback on February 23rd.

After teasing fans with four different preview clips, miss A has revealed the tracklist for their new album through MelOn!

The album will consist of six songs, with “Touch” being the title track, and will be released on February 20th.

“Touch” was written and produced by J.Y. Park. It’s said to be an addictive dance track with lyrics detailing the feelings of a girl who meets a new love after getting hurt in the past.

“Lips” was produced by Fuego (Chris Brown‘s “Turn Up The Music”), and composed by Redd Stylez, Nikki Flores, and Billion Dollar Baby, who have worked with top artists like Usher. The dance track is guaranteed to bring miss A a fresh new style with its addictive melody and fun lyrics about falling in love.

“Rock n Rule” is a pop-electro club track that incorporates elements of dubstep in its bridge. The song will have you up and dancing with its lively melody.

“No Mercy” fuses British rock with the sound of synthesizers, resulting in a sophisticated, yet lively vibe.

“Over U” is a dance track produced by Deepfrost and Billion Dollar Baby, and was dually composed by Ursula Yancy (who’s worked with artists like Rihanna) and Noday (who’s collaborated with Girls’ Generation and TVXQ).

“Touch (Newport Mix)” is an R&B version of the original title track.

JYP's recent tweets about miss A’s upcoming song "Touch" have attracted some attention.

On February 15th, Park Jinyoung tweeted about the newly released teasers for miss A’s come back song, as well as further explaining the meaning of the song. He explained that "Touch" is about opening a wounded heart that you thought you would never open again, and that a warm, kind touch opens it.

miss A’s two new teasers featuring Jia and Suzy both show the phrase "Love that Blooms in Pain." Through JYP’s tweets, fans were able to gain a little more understanding as to what these words mean.

The release of miss A's fourth project, "Touch," is scheduled to be released at midnight on February 20th. The album aims to highlight the maturity and charming voices the members have, as well as showing a more charismatic side of the group.

Two more teasers are set to be released on February 16th and February 17th.

Boy group TEEN TOP seems to be the favorite idol group amongst today’s hottest female Hallyu stars.

It all started last year when singer Lee Hyori completed a photo shoot with TEEN TOP last year, and selected the boys as the idol group she would like as a younger partner.

Wonder Girls member Sohee sang praises for the boys saying, “I am most interested in seeing the stage performances of TEEN TOP,” while the members of miss A admitted that they were also fans, even suggesting a possible joint performance.

T-ara‘s Hyomin went as far as to admit that she thought member Niel was cute, stirring interest from fans and netizens everywhere.

And most recently, legendary singer Uhm Jung Hwa admitted on SBS Power FM ‘Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time‘ on February 9th, “I like TEEN TOP. I think they are really cute these days.”

AQ Entertainment confirmed that miss A will be returning to the Korean music scene this month.

On the 6th of February, AQ Entertainment announced in a press release that the group is currently preparing for their upcoming album which is scheduled to be released by the end of February.

A representative further confirmed that the group finished filming their music video over the weekend and has even invited a lucky number of their fans to the set.

miss A's last release was their first full-length album titled "A Class" in July last year and they promoted the title track, "Goodbye Baby." Since then, the group has been focusing on their activities in China as they released a special edition album.
