The members of 2AM guest-featured on ‘Radio Star‘ and revealed the list of artists that rose to fame after being cut from JYP Entertainment.

On the March 7th episode of MBC‘s ‘Radio Star’, 2AM’s Jo Kwon selected 2NE1‘s “I Am The Best” as a song he was envious of.

“CL was once a JYP trainee,” he revealed, surprising the MCs on set. Fellow member Seulong added, “Why we let her go is one of the many mysteries at our office.”

The members also revealed that IU was one singer that J.Y. Park was kicking himself for letting her get away. “J.Y. Park hit the ground in regret,” the boys stated. “Previously, he mentioned that he was going to find out who had cut IU.”

In addition, the group also revealed that B2ST‘s Yoon Doojoon, KARA‘s Goo Hara, SISTAR‘s Hyorin, SECRET‘s Song Ji Eun, and more were also once JYP trainees.

2PM‘s Junho recently posted a hilarious picture with fellow member Junsu and 2AM‘s Seulong andJo Kwon.

This photo appeared on Junho’s Twitter along with the simple description, “The rice men. keke”

In the photo, the boys all sport different goofy expressions for the camera, each with a rice cracker in his mouth.

Netizens commented, “Junho oppa looks so adorable! One Day is the best!” and “I bet you guys will get cast for a rice cracker CF. You all look good!”

IU and 2AM’s Jo Kwon were chosen by singers as the number 1 idol to take home to parents.

“Who are the top idols to take home to parents?,” was asked on the monthly poll of the June issue for SBS “Inkigayo” Magazine. This, following May’s poll topic of ‘the top idol to want to go on a spring outing with’.

Like the previous poll, performers on SBS “Inkigayo” including B2ST, After School, f(x), Jay Park, Baek Ji Young, Jewelry, Lim Jung Hee, Huh Young Sang, Rainbow, 5dolls, and B1A4, along with a number of staff members were all surveyed.

IU was the top pick out of the male idols with her adorable MC-ing and her innocent, lovely little bride look.

SNSD’s Taeyeon took 2nd with her unique friendliness and loveliness, whereas 3rd place was tied between 2NE1’s Sandara Park with her bursting charm and After School’s UEE with her sexy body, yet nice look.

Rainbow’s Woori and f(x)’s Victoria took 4th and 5th, respectively, receiving the most votes from the staff.

2AM’s Jo Kwon was the top pick out of the female idols. His actions from “We Got Married” and his thoughtfulness of his remark that, “the fact that I can serve my parents with devotion gives me the greatest happiness“, were the key factors in his top selection.

Jay Park took 2nd place with his pure and honest appeal, whereas Big Bang’s TOP and B2ST’s Yoon Doo Joon tied for 3rd. Following up, CNBLUE’s Jung Yonghwa took 4th and INFINITE’s Sung Gyu placed 5th.

Jay Park, TOP, and Sung Gyu, all received fervent responses from the female staff members.

SBS “Inkigayo” Magazine published its first issue back in January of 2010, and monthly issues are given out for free at the beginning of each month at the SBS Broadcasting Center and SBS Deungchon public hall. The magazine covers interviews, photos from Inkigayo, and an array of curious topics that the viewers may have.

Super Junior’s Kim Heechul will be joining CNBLUE’s Jung Yonghwa, 2AM’s Jo Kwon and actress Hwang Jung Eum as an MC for the upcoming “2010 SBS Gayo Daejun“.

This will be Yonghwa and Heechul’s second consecutive time as an MC for the same show. Last year, Yonghwa made several mistakes (since it was his first time MCing for a large-scale event), and was cruelly dubbed as an ‘MC Nuisance’.

During the 600th episode special on SBS’s ‘Inkigayo‘, Heechul said to Yong Hwa, “You’re doing well now. I think you’re developing more through MCing “Inkigayo”.”

The “2010 SBS Gayo Daejun” will be broadcasted live on December 29th

2AM’s Jo Kwon explained the “couple rings” between him and After School’s Raina.

He wrote on his Twitter, “Sponsored, friends!!!!” Though he didn’t relate it directly to the scandal between him and Raina, it was clearly targeted at the netizens who have been suspicious of the two.

This means that the ring was just a sponsored one he was wearing for that occasion. That would have to mean that it wasn’t a couple ring.

I guess he wants to make sure he’s all free for Ga-In.

It looks like the rumors about After School’s Raina being Oh Bang Shil has come up again. Though Raina has denied and played dumb about this accusation, netizens are still out to get her and 2AM’s Jo Kwon.

One observant netizen found evidence that they were wearing the same ring and did the same pose on music shows. The netizen interpreted those things as a couple ring and a couple mission.

It’s popular in Korea for couples to get the same rings and it’s also popular among celebrities in Korea to do certain missions through the media for their boyfriend or girlfriend.

In this case, the two are both sporting a black band ring. The two also made “V poses” on their eyes on music programs.

Netizens commented,

“That ring is so common. I have one too.”
“They look similar but they’re not the same shape. Jo Kwon’s has more edges where as Raina’s is round.”
“Those things are mere coincidences but I bet Raina is Oh Bang Shil.”
