KARA‘s Seungyeon and Jiyoung along with actor Lee Min Ki are receiving attention for a new photo that shows off their close bond, looking very much like siblings.

A photo from the fashion brand ‘Unionbay‘s fall 2012 advertisement was revealed featuring the three stars. The theme for the ad is ‘Play Different’ with the stars showing off their wit and style through their family portrait concept. Staff members were said to have been pleasantly surprised at how well they got along with their playful jokes and skinship during the photo shoot. A ‘Unionbay’ representative stated, “KARA’s Seungyeon and Jiyoung along with actor Lee Min Ki were selected as the 2012 models for ‘Unionbay’ and recently completed our third ad campaign. They were seen showing their support for each other as the photo shoot progressed which brightened up the atmosphere on set. The day after the photo shoot was Seungyeon’s birthday, and Lee Min Ki didn’t forget and even prepared a surprise gift for her, touching the heart of Seungyeon as well as the staff members.” More photos featuring KARA’s Seungyeon and Jiyoung and actor Lee Min Ki will be available through Unionbay’s homepage.

Due to a recent picture, KARA‘s Kang Jiyoung is being dubbed as a ‘giant baby’.

On February 29, a picture was uploaded onto an online community with the title ‘Kang Ji Young’s lofty height in the practice room.’ Along with the picture, the person wrote, “The maknae entertaining her unnis. She stands up straight and gasp! Who’s the maknae and who’s the unni? Ji Young is really tall. I thought she was wearing heels, but she’s wearing sneakers. It might be because the unnis are semi sitting on the chairs, but Kang Ji Young is growing up to be a giant baby.”

The picture displays Ji Young with members Gyuri and Seungyeon in the practice room. At first, it looks as if they are similar in height, but in the second picture we can see the large height difference when Ji Young stands at full height.

Despite being labeled as the baby of the group, seeing her towering over her other members has left netizens nostalgic as they reflected on how much she has grown in many ways since debut.

They responded, “She’s still cute as always“, “Isn’t it good to be tall?“, and “She really is a giant baby“.

Jiyoung is currently part of the G8 team on KBS ‘Invincible Youth.’

A recent photo of KARA‘s Seungyeon has been attracting a lot of attention for revealing the unexpected abs of the baby faced star. The photo was taken at KARA’s concert rehearsal on February 18th-19th at Seoul’s Olympic Park.

People are reported to be surprised that Seungyeon has such a toned looking stomach as she’s known for her cute baby face. Fans commented, “Unexpected body,” “Hard abs and a baby face,” and “So cool.”

KARA wrapped up their first stop in Seoul for their solo Asian tour ‘KARASIA‘ successfully.

MBLAQ‘s charming member, Lee Joon, has revealed a shocking truth about his past dating life.

Lee Joon participated in a recent recording for the upcoming MBC Lunar New Year’s special , ‘Pitter Patter Heartbeats‘, along with other celebrities like KARA‘s Han Seungyeon, After School‘s Lizzy, SISTAR‘s Hyorin, Park Hwi Soon, Lee Tae Sung, and Super Junior‘s Sungmin. While on the program, the stars shared stories about their varying degrees of loneliness.

KARA’s Seungyeon expressed, “I’m going to date this year. If I don’t, I’m going to rebel!” Hilariously, After School’s Lizzy agreed as she commented, “I feel like my dating-cells are slowly dying off.”

SISTAR’s Hyorin added, “I’m so lonely that I think I’ll die freezing [without love]“, while Super Junior’s Sungmin chimed in, “I learned a lot about dating through books. It’s been so long since I’ve dated.”

While all these admissions were certainly surprising, it was Lee Joon’s comment that surprised fans the most. He stated, “I’ve always been the guy that everyone got easily tired of, so I was always the one getting dumped,” and revealed his wish to be involved in a relationship in which no one would get tired of one another.

KARA‘s Seungyeon has sent a cheerful greeting to her fans with some new selcas.

The idol recently tweeted, “I’ll be back. From today, I’ll have no chance to lift my eyes or nose. Spend the end of the year joyfully.”

In the photos, Seungyeon is seen swaddled in a large knit scarf and hat, which adds to the innocent effect of her ‘baby-faced’ look. Fans complimented the star on her smooth, milky skin and wide eyes. “Of course, the best baby face,” “Cute,” and “The winter princess has arrived,” they said.

It look like Seungyeon and her KARA groupmates will be running full-tilt into the new year, as their schedule is jam-packed with back-to-back appearances in numerous events. KARA will perform on the Japanese program ‘Music Station‘ on the 23rd, followed by TBS‘s ‘Records Award‘ on the 30th andNHK‘s ‘Kohaku Uta Gassen‘ on the 31st.
