MBLAQ's Lee Joon confesses that Hyosung from Secret is his ideal type
Posted by Venus Warrior at 6:32 AM
That's right, Lee Joon of MBLAQ confessed that Hyosung from Secret is his ideal type. Recently, on KBS "Happy Together 3" Lee Joon and Sunhwa of Secret were among the guests for the show. The two had quite a row after Sunhwa revealed that at first she did not want to come out on the show with Lee Joon just after she has recovered her image.
Sunhwa said, "At first I told my mother that I was going to appear as a guest with Lee Joon on a variety show and then she told me not to accept it. I just have recovered my image from my airport fashions and CF's and she asked me why would I appear as guest with Lee Joon again" and so after hearing this, Lee Joon did not keep his silence and told her that he doesnt think there's anything wrong with him being the same guest as her on the same show and then Sunhwa later apologized. After this Lee Joon said, "Actually my ideal type is Hyosung but now I am a fan of Sunhwa after seeing a new side to her" causing much laughter.

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon says, “Secret’s Han Sun Hwa is more idiotic than me”
Posted by Venus Warrior at 10:58 AM
MBLAQ’s Lee Joon recently exposed Secret’s Han Sun Hwa was as thick as two short planks. On the episode of KBS2’s Happy Together that airs on April 26, Joon, who is known for being idiomatic himself, claimed that Secret’s Han Seon Hwa was more stupid than him.
The episode that featured rivalry was made appearances by Joon and Sun Hwa, both of whom are loved for their idiotic character.
The silly beauty grumbled, “I’ve been getting attention for airport look these days, no more stupid character. But it’s been the talk of the town again because of Joon. He has been ruining everything.”
Whereas, Joon let down the Secret member, who wanted to keep things secret, revealing an episode where Seon Hwa gave a wrong, ridiculous answer to a very easy question about a Korean idiom. Lee’s exposure about her silly answer made everyone on the set laugh out loud.
The silly beauty provided viewers with big laughter by singing a hit of Secret with a crow voice.

[NEWS] Which seven secrets do idols use to get through the airport?
Posted by Venus Warrior at 9:33 AM
At the airport, where idol stars are leaving the country, Girls' Generation's fans arrive at the scene. Once the doors open, who is the first star visible? Without fail, today, just as any other day, it's Sooyoung and Seohyun.
So why is it always Sooyoung and Seohyun who lead the group at the airport?
It's easy to gloss over this without noticing anything, but in actuality there are rules and secrets to these idols' airport visits.
Whether they are leaving the country or entering it, Sooyoung and Seohyun invariably take on the role of leading the group. This is because they are the two who are often praised for their airport fashion; on the other hand, Tiffany and Taeyeon constitute the last two. They usually have no make-up on.

There are also idols who find it a bother to go to the airport. In this case, as if afraid to show even a strand of hair, they use their managers as a screen. JYJ's Kim Jaejoong sticks closely behind his manager as he crosses the airport at dawn. Big Bang's G-Dragon too, plays hide-and-seek with his fans as he stays by his manager's side. 4minute's Hyuna makes use of her manager to hide her bare legs.

Is there anyone who likes showing off their fatigued faces? For idol stars whose careers are driven by their fandoms, taking care of their bare faces is a very real necessity. This is where masks come in. Sunglasses help in hiding their dark circles, and hoodies in obscuring their greasy or messy hair.

If you are a singer, an idol, at the airport going on a plane...headphones or earphones are an absolute necessity. They let you listen to music, up your style, block out the noise, and help with your boredom. Of the two, headphones are the weapon of choice in perfecting the singer image.

There is a Korean saying that goes, "In any situation, eating comes first." For idols who barely have time to eat because of their schedules, it becomes important for them to grab a bite to eat to avoid traveling on an empty stomach. T-ara's Hyomin satisfies her hunger with an orange, while 4minute's Gayoon and Secret's Sunhwa and Hyosung hold onto their iced Americanos.

Airport fashion is a trend right now, with many brands getting exposure through stars at the airport. The airport has essentially become the center of fashion promotion. This effect is particularly visible when stars wear clothes from the brand they model for. DBSK's Changmin carries a cardigan from Lacoste while 2NE1 actively promotes the brand they endorse.

There are times when idols feel embarrassed to face the flashes of the cameras. The most common method employed in this case is the mobile phone. They hold their phones firmly to their ears and stride out the exit as fast as possible.
The phone serves yet another purpose as well. Girls' Generation's Jessica uses it to obscure her right profile, which she is not confident of. Of course, it gives them the chance to catch up with their family and friends too.

‘Sensible Idols’, the new trend
Posted by Venus Warrior at 12:27 AM
Idols, whom people usually expect to be naive and young, have been surprising the general public with their deep thoughts on civil responsibilities and current social issues – earning themselves the nickname of ‘sensible idols’.
On a recent episode of JTBC‘s ‘Idol Quiz Show Premiere’, Jewelry‘s Yewon was asked to describe the ‘Ahn Chul Soo Syndrome’. Yewon impressed the audience with her articulate answer, “Those people who are tired of the existing government have started desiring people like Ahn Chul Soo, who are highly innovative. This is what we call the ‘Ahn Chul Soo Syndrome’.”
Although she is still young, Yewon was able to consistently express her opinions coherently, shedding the naive and shallow image that often surround idols.
SECRET‘s Sunhwa also guested on the show, and MC Kim Gura asked the singer if there were any current events or issues that have caught her attention. Sunhwa answered that she was concerned about the expensive cost of kindergarten. “Private kindergartens are too expensive for parents so they prefer public education, but the waiting list is long and parents are unable to send their children to school,” she said.
SISTAR‘s Hyorin was also noted for having voiced her own opinion on the price of school tuition previously, while Girls’ Generation‘s Sunny disagreed with her fellow cast members on the issue of desire for cutting-edge technology on ‘Invincible Youth 2′. Sunny disagreed saying that kimchi refrigerators cannot replace Korea’s traditional crocks, and rice is best made in again, a traditional iron pot rather than an electric rice cooker.
Meanwhile, miss A‘s Suzy impressed Entertainer Boom along with the rest of the ‘Invincible Youth 2‘ cast on the December 17th episode with her manners. She showed through her actions that she was just as kind as she was beautiful. Invincible Youth G8 members remarked, “Suzy works just as hard when the cameras are off.”
Even after the cameras were turned off, Suzy thanked the village ladies who helped them make their kimchi, even calling them ‘Mom’, which touched the heart of the staff members. She also gave out massages to the mothers who were tired and exhausted.
T-ARA‘s Hyomin took the time out of her jam-packed schedule to vote at the elections that were held in Seoul in October. Other idols over the age of 20 were also seen casting their votes, serving as a good example for others.
And in celebration of Social Welfare Day, the boys of 2AM visited Infant-Youth facility ‘Good House’ to hand out chicken for the children there. They even held a small concert and signed autographs, creating an unforgettable experience for the children.
There have been many other cases of idols participating in good causes. Some have partnered up with non-profit organizations to raise awareness of various social issues, while some have taken a direct approach by donating money, or taking the time to volunteer.
In some ways, idols are one of the most influential group of people that can impact young adults. If they continue to have positive influence over the young generation, the things they can accomplish and the number of people they can potentially impact are endless.
